Oct: Bringing Yeshua into Holiday Observance Through Tradition Beyond Window Dressing

This class explores the relationship between Yeshua and traditional practice within the High Holidays, Passover, Shavuot and Sukkot. It highlights how the holidays reflect joy, the presence of God in our midst and what is appropriate for messianic adaptation.           
Instructor Bio: Dr. Schiffman is the Executive Director of Chevra USA, a humanitarian organization that feeds elderly Jews, particularly holocaust survivors, in the Former Soviet Union and Israel, as well as mentoring Messianic Leaders in Eastern Europe.
He has led Messianic Jewish congregations in Arizona, Ohio, New York and Florida, and served as Associate Rabbi in Connecticut. Rabbi Schiffman authored two books, and has been a frequent contributor of articles to Boundaries, Kesher, The Messianic Outreach, and other publications.
He lives with his wife and son in Cape Coral, Florida.
